Ocean Palms will be holding pre-registration events for incoming kindergartners and new students on the following dates: Wednesday, February 23.....9 am to 1 pm Tuesday, March 15.....9 am to 1 pm Thursday, April 28.....9 am to 1 pm Required documents are as follows:
Proof of Age - Certified Birth Certificate (kindergartners must be 5 years old on or before September 1)
Medical Record - Florida Certificate of Immunization on HRS Form 680 (must be an original)
School Entry Health Exam - Completed no less than 12 months prior to school entry
Two Proofs of Residence - The first proof must be either a mortgage statement or lease agreement, and an electric or gas bill is acceptable as the second proof Social Security Number (optional)
Parents: Please help us spread the word about pre-registration to relatives, friends and neighbors with school-age children. Early registration helps us assess how many teachers we will need for the upcoming school year, which is crucial in light of the current budget crisis.
